Included in your rent is hot water and trash removal. Your are responsible for gas heat, cooking and lights. Laundry facilities are located on the second floor of every building. Presently, the cost to wash is $1.00 and $1.00 to dry. New equipment has been installed throughout our property. There is a $40.00 fee for credit checks. All applicants must complete an application. For married applicants, only one application is required. This check must be made payable to Signature Management. To hold an apartment, $300.00 towards the deposit will take your selected apartment home off the market. If your application is declined for any reason, this amount will be refunded to you. If you are approved, and you decide not to take your reserved apartment, this amount will be forfeited. This check must be made out to Mallard Ridge Apartments. If your move-in date is scheduled for any time other than the 1st of the month, your rent will be pro-rated for that month. Pro-rated rent is figured by the following formula: rental amount divided by thirty days = daily rate. Daily rate multiplied by the number of days left in the month, including your move in date = pro-rated rent. Dog deposits are $500.00 per dog. Cat deposits are $200.00 per cat. There is a two pet maximum per apartment. Possession of a dog in any apartment increases the rental charge by $25.00 per dog and is due with apartment rent. There is no additional rental charge for cats. Short term leases may be available at the discretion of the management. Short term leases will be required to pay additional fees and/or rent. Please contact us. Lease terms typically run for one year but can shortened.
